Artist Ko contributions can be paid via Over-the-Counter in any Bank of Commerce branch. It is IMPORTANT to indicate the coop's complete name correctly - ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS MARKETING COOPERATIVE, Account No. 073-00-000471-2 to ensure proper and timely credit to your account.

1. Simply fill out the deposit/payment slip and indicate the following information as sampled below.
